PPC Management in Dubai That Pays for Itself

Most PPC accounts I audit in the UAE aren't short of budget. They're short of someone checking where the money goes. I run PPC management in Dubai and across the UAE on Google, Microsoft, Meta, LinkedIn and YouTube, and I report on one thing: what each lead costs you.

The real problem

Why PPC in Dubai Gets Expensive So Quickly

Clicks in Dubai aren't cheap. A lawyer pays about AED 54 a click, a dentist about AED 35, an AC repair company about AED 33. At those prices, small leaks turn into thousands of dirhams a month.

Paying for searches that never buy

Broad keywords with no negative list mean a clinic pays for "dentist jobs Dubai" and a moving company pays for "moving to Dubai checklist". When I audit UAE accounts I regularly find 30% or more of the budget going to clicks like these.

Ads shown to the wrong people

By default, Google can show your ads to people who are interested in Dubai, not just people who are in it. If you only serve Dubai or Abu Dhabi, that's budget spent on someone browsing from another country.

Nobody knows which ads bring leads

Most enquiries in the UAE come by WhatsApp or phone, and most accounts don't track either. Without that data, PPC advertising in the UAE turns into guesswork and automated bidding has nothing to learn from.

Platforms I manage

PPC Services in Dubai Across Every Major Platform

Different platforms reach people at different moments. I'll tell you which ones are worth your money and which aren't, even if that means a smaller retainer for me.

Google Search Ads

Highest intent, ready to buy

People typing "AC repair Dubai" or "divorce lawyer Abu Dhabi" want help now. For most service businesses this is where PPC budgets should start. My dedicated Google Ads management page goes deeper.

Performance Max and Shopping

Ecommerce and wide reach

Product feeds, Shopping ads and Google's automated campaigns. They work well for online stores, but they need tight conversion tracking and someone checking the placements, or they'll spend on traffic nobody would choose.

Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram)

Demand creation, WhatsApp leads

Reaches people before they search. Click-to-WhatsApp ads suit the UAE well, because that's how most people here prefer to enquire. Good for real estate, clinics, events and consumer brands.

LinkedIn Ads

B2B, decision makers

Expensive, with a cost per lead of AED 200 to AED 600 typical in Dubai, but the leads are senior people at real companies. Worth it for corporate services, SaaS and high-value B2B offers. Rarely worth it for anything else.

Microsoft (Bing) Ads

Smaller audience, less competition

A smaller share of searches, but usually less competition for the same keywords. It's often a sensible second step once Google Ads is profitable, especially for B2B audiences who search from work computers.

YouTube Ads

Video, retargeting, awareness

Useful for retargeting people who visited your site and for explaining a service that needs more than a headline. I treat it as a supporting channel, not where a lead-generation budget should start.

How I work

My PPC Management Process in Four Steps

Nothing clever here. Just the work most accounts skip.

01

Audit and tracking first

Before spending a dirham I set up tracking for form fills, calls and WhatsApp clicks in GA4 and each ad platform. If you already run ads, the audit shows where the money is going today.

02

Build around real searches

Keyword research for your area, tight ad groups, a negative keyword list from day one, location settings for people actually in Dubai or Abu Dhabi, and a landing page that matches the ad.

03

Weekly optimisation

I read the search terms report every week, cut what wastes money, move budget to what converts and test new ads. Early lead data usually comes within 7 to 14 days.

04

Report on leads, not clicks

You see leads, cost per lead and which campaigns produced them. Cost per lead usually settles within two to three months, and that's the number we work on together.

Serving more than one emirate

Two Emirates, Two Separate Campaigns

Many of my clients serve both emirates. They behave differently, so I set them up differently. More on my digital marketing work in Abu Dhabi.

Separate campaigns per emirate

Splitting Dubai and Abu Dhabi lets you set different budgets and bids, and see the real cost per lead in each. One combined campaign hides which city is actually paying off.

Smaller volume, different competitors

Abu Dhabi has fewer searches for most services, and often a different set of competitors bidding. Same auction, different numbers, so the budget plan shouldn't just copy Dubai's.

Area-level targeting

A clinic in Khalifa City doesn't need clicks from Al Ain. I target by area or radius around where you actually serve customers, and exclude the rest.

Where a good PPC company earns its fee

The numbers on the left are before any real optimisation. The work is in pushing that cost per enquiry down. One property broker I work with was paying over AED 220 a lead when we started. After cutting wasted keywords and rebuilding the landing page, it came down to AED 95.

Pricing is a flat retainer. Single-platform management starts from AED 1,500 a month. Accounts running several platforms are quoted after the free audit, based on spend and how many campaigns we run. Ad spend is paid straight to Google, Meta or LinkedIn from your own account.

Who I Work With as a PPC Consultant in Dubai

I'm an independent consultant, not a big agency. You deal with me directly, and the person who builds your campaigns is the same person who reports on them.

That suits businesses that want someone hands-on and honest about what's working. It doesn't suit anyone looking for a guaranteed first position on Google. Nobody can promise that in an auction.

  • Service businesses in Dubai and Abu Dhabi that live on enquiries
  • Clinics, law firms and real estate brokers in competitive niches
  • Online stores that need Shopping and Performance Max under control
  • B2B companies testing LinkedIn or Microsoft Ads
  • Businesses already running ads that aren't sure they're working
  • Companies moving away from an agency that owns their ad account

Common questions

PPC Management Dubai FAQs

What is PPC management?

PPC (pay-per-click) management is the day-to-day running of paid ad campaigns on platforms like Google, Microsoft, Meta and LinkedIn, where you pay each time someone clicks. It covers keyword research, campaign setup, conversion tracking, weekly optimisation of bids, keywords and ads, and reporting on leads and cost per lead.

How much does PPC management cost in Dubai?

There are two parts. Ad spend goes straight to the platform, and most Dubai businesses spend AED 3,000 to AED 20,000 a month depending on the industry. Management is separate: my single-platform retainers start from AED 1,500 a month, and multi-platform accounts are quoted after a free audit. Many Dubai agencies charge 15 to 25% of ad spend instead.

Do you manage campaigns outside Dubai?

Yes, across the UAE. Businesses serving more than one emirate, such as Dubai and Abu Dhabi, usually get separate campaigns for each emirate so budgets, bids and cost per lead can be controlled and measured separately.

Which PPC platform is best for businesses in the UAE?

For most service businesses, Google Search Ads come first, because people are actively searching for the service. Meta Ads suit real estate, clinics, events and consumer brands, especially with Click-to-WhatsApp ads. LinkedIn suits high-value B2B. Microsoft Ads and YouTube work best as additions once the main channel is profitable.

How quickly will PPC bring leads in Dubai?

Much faster than SEO. Early lead data usually comes within 7 to 14 days of launch, and cost per lead tends to settle within two to three months as keywords, ads and landing pages are improved.

Who owns the ad accounts?

You do. Ad accounts are set up in your business's name, or I'm given access to accounts you already own. If we stop working together, you keep all your campaigns, history and conversion data.

Do you track WhatsApp and phone leads?

Yes. Most enquiries in the UAE come by WhatsApp or phone, so I track WhatsApp clicks, calls and form submissions as conversions in GA4 and in each ad platform. That's what lets you see the real cost per lead.

Are you a PPC agency or a freelancer?

I'm an independent PPC consultant and a verified Google Partner based in Dubai. You work with me directly rather than through account managers, and the person who builds your campaigns is the one reporting on them.
